This notice explains how Solvionist (the data controller) processes personal data collected through this website. It is written to align with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data controller

What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we process: your full name, organization, role, business email, problem description, timeline preference, the locale of the submitting page, and the IP address of your submission for rate-limiting purposes. We do not collect special categories of personal data and do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
Why we collect it
We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if an engagement proceeds, to run it. We do not use the data for marketing, profiling, automated decision-making, or transfer to anyone outside of the processors listed below.
Legal basis
The legal basis for processing under KVKK Article 5 and GDPR Article 6 is your explicit consent (given via the consent checkbox on the contact form) and, where an engagement follows, the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures at your request.
Service providers we use
Your contact-form submission is processed through these third-party services, each acting as a data processor on our behalf: Netlify (hosting, United States), Resend (email delivery, EU/Frankfurt), Upstash (rate limiting, EU/Frankfurt), and Google Workspace (receiving the email at our company inbox, United States). Each provider is bound by its own data-processing terms with us. We do not share your data with any other party.
Cross-border transfers
Some of the providers listed above process data outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Such transfers happen under the safeguards permitted by KVKK Article 9 and GDPR Chapter V — typically standard contractual clauses signed with each provider. You may request a copy of these safeguards by writing to privacy@solvionist.com.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted from our systems within twelve months. Inquiries that lead to an engagement are kept for the duration of the engagement and the legally required retention period that follows. Server logs containing IP addresses are kept for up to 90 days for security purposes.
Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 and the GDPR, you have the right to know whether we process your personal data, request information about how it is processed, request that it be corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete, request that it be deleted, ask us to communicate any deletion or correction to third parties to whom your data has been transferred, object to outcomes drawn solely from automated processing (we use none), and request compensation for any damage arising from unlawful processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@solvionist.com. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies that the site needs in order to function — for example, remembering your language preference (English or Turkish). We do not use analytics, advertising, or any other tracking cookies. Because the cookies we use are exempt from consent requirements under KVKK and GDPR, this site does not display a cookie banner.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as our processing changes or to reflect new legal requirements. The current version is always available at solvionist.com/privacy.
